Aaron, or as people call him “AP”, is a seasoned professional and leader with more than 12 years of HR experience tucked under his belt. AP has held different positions in various industries including Real Estate, Construction, Investments, Financial Technology, F&B, Digital Marketing, Ad Tech, and Tech Development. He was also a consultant to both foreign and local government bodies over the last 6 years. He is also an acting advisor to specific union groups across the country and provides HR consultations.

AP was also part of the HR Team of the biggest FinTech brand in the Philippines as Senior HR Business Partner and Head of Employee & Labor Relations where he provided Strategic HR support to a number of commercial and business units that were primarily responsible for generating a huge impact on the company’s revenue and objectives.
