Our Story

Established in 2014 in Singapore, CYG Pte. Ltd is a leading software development company specializing in tailored information technology solutions for the fintech and iGaming industries. Our expertise includes member management, system administration, network security, and software testing.

CYG made waves in late 2020 with the launch of the first regulated online casino—InPlay, licensed by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). This milestone solidified our reputation as a trusted platform provider for the regulated iGaming industry.

Having initially established ourselves as a gaming content aggregator, CYG successfully introduced numerous esteemed European game providers to the burgeoning Asian market. Building on this success, our first subsidiary, CYTechlab, was established in Manila, Philippines in 2021, further solidifying our presence in the region.

In November 2023, CYG reached a pivotal milestone when Lady Luck GAMES acquired a 20% stake in our company. With a network that integrates hundreds of operators, CYG has become part of a larger international conglomerate. We aim to be one of the leading tailor-made software development companies within the fintech and iGaming industry.

Our History

2014

The CYG company has already been set up.

2017

Introduced to the DFNN group as a software development supplier with the intention of improving upon their existing technology and development processes.

2018

Helped the DFNN group with various game content integrations and launched various European game providers under the brand “CY Games”.

2019

A joint venture with CYG and DFNN was established.

2020

IEST (Inter-Active Entertainment Solutions Technologies, Inc.), a 100% owned subsidiary of DFNN, was granted a license by the Philippine Government for PIGO (Philippine Inland Gaming Operator) online casino.
In November 2020, the InPlay online casino (developed by CYG) was launched by IEST—the first of its kind regulated online casino in the Philippines (now commonly referred to as PIGO).
IEST (Inter-Active Entertainment Solutions Technologies, Inc.), a subsidiary of DFNN, was granted a PIGO(Philippine Inland Gaming Operator) license by the Philippine Government for online casino.
In November 2020, the InPlay online casino (developed by CYG) was launched by IEST—the first of its kind regulated online casino in the Philippines

2021

CYG has officially settled in a new office in the Philippines – CY Techlab (a wholly owned subsidiary).

2023

LL Lucky Games, a Swedish iGaming group of companies, acquired a 20% stake in CYG, making us part of a larger international conglomerate.
